Hi! And welcome. I’m Katie from Align and Clear Transformative Coaching. I wanted to share some next steps as you get started. Which by the way - you’ve already taken a really big step forward just by joining one of our programs and even watching this video.
So the concepts you’ll learn and practice on the app are the same things that helped me kickstart my own health journey, which started about 10 years ago. It's had lots of starts and stops and plenty of resets along the way, but things really started to take shape for me in 2020 during COVID. So I’m almost 4 years into some transformative changes in what I eat, when I sleep and how I move. You’ll hear those three words a lot - eat, sleep, move - because if you’ve got an understanding of optimal health in those areas, the rest sort of falls into place.
Ok, back to the next steps:
Download the Align + Clear app from the link below in this email. You’ll get a second email in the next few minutes with your initial password to login.
Get to know the app. Set your timezone, your notification preferences, I already get way too many emails, so my app just sends a note to my phone every morning so I can skip the extra email.
And the third step, grab a journal or a notepad, because you're probably going to want to write down what's working for you or what's not working for you along the way.
Lastly, whether we're together for 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, I am always here if you need me and will message you on the app in a few days.
