Coach Katie is the founding member of Align+Clear, offering grounded strategies the high-functioning overthinkers. Through a mentorship practice that blends mental conditioning and mystical insight, her programs help clients silence the noise and trust their own signals.


Katie has been a certified Primal Health Coach since 2022, starting her own journey to wellness when she became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) in 2014. Constantly working to discover and improve herself, Katie is also certified as a Brain Coach, Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator, Positive Psychology Coach and a specialist in Human Intestinal Microbiome in Health and Disease, Functional Therapeutic Diets, Health Coaching in Medical Practices, Mindfulness for Wellbeing and many more.


Prior to Align+Clear Coaching, Katie worked in marketing for over 25 years. Her experience spans manufacturing, communication, consulting, retail and agency environments: cultivating the brand to engage with customers, leading highly collaborative teams and building platforms for sustainable growth.


She recently relocated to the mountains of Colorado after living in Cleveland for 30 years and is an avid DIY-er, bird watcher, gardener and audiobook listener. She loves cooking at home and inventing healthy recipes. Katie has two rescue dogs who get excited for mountain hikes and a daughter who lives in Sacramento.
