What You’ll Get: 🙌 A deep dive into your “Why”: a crystal-clear intention for your journey (“to release fear,” “to find inner peace”) that aligns with your bigger life goals. 💡 Exploration of ideal outcomes: specific behavior changes (more patience, less self-criticism) and new thought patterns (“I am enough”) you want to cultivate post-trip. 📑 A personalized preparation checklist covering mindset, logistics, and safety (trusted trip-sitter, calming playlist) to support your intentional journey. 🧘♂️ Go-to grounding exercises tailored to you: simple techniques like breathwork (4-7-8 breathing), body scans, or sensory anchors (holding a familiar object) to relax your mind and body before and during the experience. Please note: Cancellations for paid sessions less than 3 hours prior to start time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. You can reschedule your session with no penalty.
