Molly Disbrow is a passionate yoga teacher, personal trainer, and wellness advocate based in Cleveland, Ohio. Over the years, she has cultivated her expertise in the health and wellness field, dedicating herself to helping others grow both physically and mentally. Molly completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Pranverdana, specializing in Kundalini Yoga, a powerful practice focused on energy, breath, and mind. Her commitment to yoga is the foundation of all her programs, where she guides her students to connect more deeply with their inner voice and cultivating a better relationship with themselves.Â

In addition to her yoga qualifications, Molly is a certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition Coach, providing her clients with a basic approach to fitness and nutrition. She took this knowledge a delve deeper into Cycle Syncing, discovering how the natural rhythms of a woman's body can foster healing and a deeper connection with oneself. By honoring these cycles, Molly helps her clients embrace self-healing, guiding them to create balance in both their fitness and nutrition journeys.
Molly is also expanding her skill set by pursuing a massage therapy license, furthering her ability to offer comprehensive wellness services. Her understanding of the body, combined with her ongoing education, allows her to approach health holistically.

Molly’s personal journey in health and wellness started in high school when she faced body shaming and struggled with an eating disorder. Through learning about the body’s functions, she rebuilt her relationship with herself, developing a passion for health and healing that she now shares with her clients. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and guides her clients in recognizing and harnessing this power.

During her college years at Ohio State University, she competed on the Ohio State sailing team. A sport she remains passionate about to this day. Her experience as an athlete has instilled in her a love for discipline, teamwork, and resilience, qualities she brings to her professional and personal life.

Molly continues to evolve as both a teacher and a learner, embracing every opportunity to grow and better serve her community. Whether she’s leading a yoga class, coaching a personal training client, or learning new massage techniques, her dedication to fostering wellness in others shines through in all she does.
