Hi! I'm Katie.

For as long as I can remember, I struggled with consistency. As a kid, I was the queen of starting and stopping. Tap dance lasted three classes. Ballet lasted two. 🩰 I lived with constant guilt that I lacked perseverance and told myself I was lazy.


I eventually realized that "discipline" didn't have to be punishing. 😅 A few years ago, I started building routines around things I actually liked (like watering my house plants, as small as that seems). 🌿 I learned that when you build a container that feels safe, momentum happens naturally.
