Q. Can you work with my doctor / dietitian / specialist / chiropractor / therapist? A. Yes! Our 1:1 coaching programs are designed to support you along your journey to wellness, whether the catalyst is you or your health practitioner. 

Q. Can I use my HSA / FSA / HRA funds to pay for your coaching services? A. Probably. You'll need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) signed by your doctor, which confirms the services are for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of a disease or medical condition.
